    Sodexo USA is searching for 2 Segment Financial Analysts within our Entegra Procurement Services division at our Corporate Headquarters in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Entegra Procurement Services provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries including acute, seniors, leisure, hospitality and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and segment marketing plans that provide innovative products and services.

    • Creating and maintaining unit numbers ensuring that they are assigned to correct Client and financial payment terms as well as volume is attached to the unit for invoicing.
    • Identify any anomalies in volume and be able to correct issues when they occur.
    • Setting up and maintaining vendor numbers for client payment as well as mailing out client payments on a quarterly basis.
    • Maintaining contract exclusions from manufacturers and clients to ensure invoices are accurate.
    • Interaction with all levels of management including National Account Executives of each program, Regional Account Managers, Financial Service Center personnel as well as any other internal/external customers
    • Adhoc reporting and analysis as needed.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field , plus 0-2 years relevant work experience.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) required
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).

    Position Summary

    Performs routine assignments. Has conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in own discipline typically acquired through a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments within finance in assigned Segment. Assists in providing oversight and direction to Unit Finance. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.

    Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

    Basic Functional Experience - 1 year
