Sodexo Universities is seeking an Audio / Visual Manager to join our team at Marymount University in Arlington, VA!
This Audio / Visual Manager will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and support of various types of IT & AV systems within a large and active conference center. Experience in maintenance, support of AV systems and familiar with Crestron control panels. CTS certification preferred.
Primary duties of this Audio / Visual Manager include maintenance, troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of all types of AV systems. Including but not limited to:

To support all aspects of the Conference Services team including but not limited to responding to AV support tickets for the conference center. Ensure all clients are able to use the AV provided in the room. Assist the video production and virtual team with live productions.

Manages the provision of audio/visual services for client facility, including scheduling equipment maintenance, upgrading and renting equipment. May be responsible for phone system. Sets up/installs computers with assistance from on-site conference center support staff.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
