  • Unit Description

    Sodexo is currently seeking a Lead Business Technology Analyst.  This role will be focused on partnering with the business to write business requirements and technical specifications for use in building capability in the tools to better support the business and position it with additional capability to grow with the business.

     

    About this position:

    This role is a top-level technical contributor who will:

    • Partner with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce Requirements and Technical Specifications documents.
    • Co-design new system functions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities.
    • Develops and maintains Use Cases and workflow/flowchart.
    • May lead/assist in the development of testing scripts, and test scenarios based on Use Cases and Requirements.
    • Validates results in Unit testing, as required and UAT.
    • Maintains system documentation and knowledgebase.

    Are you the one?

    Our ideal candidate will possess:

    • 3 – 5 years Business Technical Analyst experience.
    • Strong analytic, communication, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • 3 years Kronos experience desired.
    • SQL knowledge.
    • Understanding of advance module architecture and integration.
    • Familiar with Kronos timekeeper, accruals, advanced scheduler, forecaster, workload planner
    • The ability to work with both operational and technical resources to design and develop technical solutions.
    • CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is preferred.

    Position Summary

    Top level technical contributor with expertise in particular business processes responsible for formulating system's scope and objectives relative to the company's business plan and industry requirements. Acts independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Devises and/or modifies procedures to solve the most complex technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

    Basic Functional Experience - 3 years IT-related experience
