Sodexo is seeking to hire a Chef Manager/Kitchen Manager for Solterra Senior Living in Avondale, Arizona.
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall kitchen and FOH operations of the senior living Community. Also known as a Chef Manager/Kitchen Manager, their goal is to ensure the kitchen and FOH department runs smoothly and complies with safety regulations. Duties include ordering food, preparing menus, and monitoring staff. The position requires both leadership and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Actions may include time management so that residents receive their meals at the same time, assigning tasks as orders come in, inspecting the presentation before meals/ food are delivered, determining the break schedule so that the Department always remains sufficiently staffed, and monitoring the workstations of the BOH & FOH team for cleanliness.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
