    Sodexo's Healthcare Segment is hiring a Client Executive 2 - Multi-Services  to lead and grow our Environmental Services and Food Services business for our Healthcare clients located in the Topeka, Kansas market.  This position will require travel to 5 hospitals within the region. 


    This Client Executive 2 will provide strategic leadership for Environmental Services and Food Services operations and build relationships with multiple clients through direct communications. This position will be responsible for all matters pertaining to account operations while ensuring financial goals are met. Will oversee compliance to all company/client policies and procedures ensuring the highest quality of products and services. The Client Executive 2 will oversee approximately 32 Sodexo Managers.

    Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at health care client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.     Key Responsibilities: 

    • Responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
    • Provides a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
    • Works with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
    • Effectively manages the Unit Operating System
    • Supports a diverse and inclusive workforce

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

    Basic Management Experience - 7 years

    Basic Functional Experience - 7 years
