Sodexo, Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager of Culinary Services in Duluth, GA supporting Alcon's corporate cafe operations!
This operation offers Breakfast, Lunch, and Catering to our customers. The ideal candidate will need to be focused on a food program focused on local and sustainable culinary elements, marketing and retail standards, and physical safety. Being detailed oriented, well organized, proven communication skills (written and oral) and possessing strong planning behaviors are critical to the success of the position. This role must develop customer and client relationships and cultivate a positive relationship. The General Manager/Chef Manager will oversee approx. 10 hourly employees and manage a volume of approx $1.5 million.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
