    Sodexo is seeking a PM Retail Manager for Fairview Riverside-University of MN Masonic Children's Hospital Campus located in Minneapolis, MN.

    The PM Retail Manager provides operational leadership at M Health Fairview's Riverside-University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital Campus.  This leader will work closely with his/her team and the leaders at M Health Fairview to set the expectations for each manager that allows us to achieve at a high level. Operationally this position will oversee the evening Retail and assist with supervision of the patient services program. 

     

    We are looking for candidates who will manage:

    • frontline staff;
    • cash handing process;
    • department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
    • frontline training programs;
    • opening and closing the operation; and
    • daily operation standards.
    • retail marketing, planning and executing promotions 

     

    The ideal candidate will have the following:

    Schedule: 11-8pm, will close, rotating weekends, typically every 3rd weekend

    Position Summary

    Provides supervision for multi-functional food service areas at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company.  Contributes to account revenue and operating profit through the implementation of Sodexo programs while executing against Standard Operating Procedures.
    Key Duties
    - Maintains and develops client relationships and customer satisfaction for multi-functional food service areas to ensure account retention and positive public relations
    - Establishes and maintains a safe work environment
    - Supervises day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards
    - Utilizes Sodexo resources and programs to ensure operating standards and regulatory requirements are met and employees have the necessary equipment and inventory
    - Manages by providing positive and constructive feedback to employees in order to reward, coach, correct and motivate in order drive a high-level of employee engagement
     

     

     

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent     

    Basic Management Experience - 1 year
