Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager of Culinary Services to join our team at Olympus in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. This account has 1 cafe, catering operations and micromarket with a total managed volume of $1 million. This position will supervise 2 Sodexo hourly (frontline) non-union employees and report directly into an Area General Manager.
The General Manager of Culinary Services is the GM and the lead chef for the operation, Additional responsibilities include but not limited to: menu planning, food and labor cost, food ordering, preparation and storage, inventory, payroll, client and multi-tenant interaction, cash management, safety and HACCP compliance. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer and client communication skills. Final candidate must be able to manage a team and be hands on with all aspects of running a business. Client is very engaged and is looking for someone to elevate the food program here.
