SodexoMAGIC has an exciting opportunity for an Area Beverage Manager.  This important position will oversee the Delta Airlines Sky Club beverage programs to include, program roll-outs, training and compliance.  As an Area Beverage Manager, you will support the beverage programs within several Sky Clubs within the South, with a strong focus at ATL airport. 

 

The selected candidate will report to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport 

and will travel to other locations as needed. 

 

Do you have the bar/beverage management experience we seek? 

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be responsible to elevate the Delta beverage programs; from roll-out to compliance;
  • Train bartenders on recipes, customer interactions, presentation standards;
  • Work with teams to develop goals, product quality, brand standards, work efficiencies and cleanliness;
  • Manage inventory, supplier communications, purchasing as needed; 
  • Act as SME for all things beverage/bar program related;
  • Support new account openings.

 

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Prior bar management and bar program/training experience in an upscale restaurant/hotel setting;
  • Strong knowledge of service standards and meeting goal/KPIs;
  • Excellent people and client engagement skills;
  • The ability to work within teams, communicate and provide effective learning to bartenders;
  • Strong knowledge of spirits and wines;
  • The ability to travel up to 50% to other Delta Sky club locations in the South.

What We Offer

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Position Summary

This position serves as a subject matter expert for the Division relating to redesign standards and practices. Typically aligned with an\ Senior Vice President or Vice President and supports that geography.

Key Duties
 Day to day SME for a division relating to redesign standards and practices.

- Ensures compliance with the Sodexo's template of services. Works with operations constituents in areas relating to financial management, people management, account development, and account operations.

 -Supports the implementation of new unit openings, including the development and administration of training plans.

 -Supports the sales process by assisting with operations and costing analyses, and by providing technical support in the development of service proposals.
 

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
