Sodexo’s Senior Services business segment is seeking a Client Life Cycle Manager, who will drive retention and enable sustainable/profitable growth by ensuring execution of ‘one plan’ for all contracts in the assigned portfolio. Reporting to the VP, Client Life Cycle Management, the Client Life Cycle Managers will collaborate and drive Operations to elevate partnerships with clients, facilitate development of District Managers/Client Executives from a purely execution focused mind-set to a client/consumer-centric growth mindset, and act as project managers to ensure quality and execution of ‘One Plans’ for each contract.
This person will be actively working within our Seniors Services accounts throughout the West Coast, and possibly Midwest. Ideally, we'd like the selected candidate to reside in the CA, AZ, or Washington State market. This is a travelling position, with up to 60% travel.
This is a virtual position with an estimated salary of $130,000 plus bonus, great benefits, 401k, 3 weeks paid vacation, and more!
