Unit Description

This position offers a salary of $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a full benefits package that kicks in immediately!

 

Sodexo is seeking a Dietitian / Patient Services Manager at Keck Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. The Dietitian / Patient Services Manager will direct and manage the day to day Patient Feeding operations and lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff. This strategic leader will report to the General Manager and will join a team of additional operational leaders. If you are a Registered Dietitian with leadership experience who is passionate about patient experience, this position is for you!

 

The successful candidate will: 

  • lead the daily operations of patient room service dining program
  • coordinate the department’s safety programs
  • ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks
  • manage, schedule and train frontline team and supervisors

 

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • a proven background as a collaborative leader in the food service industry
  • natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement
  • Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and/or a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) 
  • a certified Registered Dietitian (RD) is highly preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
