Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 3 for St. David's North Austin Medical Center, a 441-bed multi-specialty, acute care facility located in Austin, TX. 

 

The Food Operations Manager will support this high-volume food account by overseeing the "At Your Request" patient dining program, retail, and catering while ensuring food quality and compliance. The best qualified candidate will be a self-starter with stellar communication skills, excellent organization skills, and experience with electronic ordering systems. Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
