The Culinary Development Manager / Executive Chef will provide expertise in all things culinary i.e. – mentoring of Chefs, menu development, culinary development of the food programs, food safety, and food management systems This position provides culinary support in the Midwest.
This position will travel up to 75%, and the ideal candidate should live in one of the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois.
The Culinary Development Manager / Executive Chef must travel to Sodexo’s Corporate Services accounts. This position will strengthen the culinary presence by implementing culinary systems, menu innovation, inventory management, ordering, and ensuring kitchen safety and sanitation compliance.
The ideal candidate will be a culinary artist with a passion for food service excellence, following culinary trends with the ability to translate ideas into unique menu and recipe programs using sustainable food sources.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
