Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 4 for Yale New Haven Hospital -York Street in New Haven, CT.
The ideal candidate will have prior culinary director level experience as well as experience managing managers and large front-line staff in a healthcare setting. This role will be responsible for maintaining kitchen operations, implementing culinary systems, inventory management, financial outcomes, contract compliance as well as training and developing employees while ensuring food safety.
Must have HACCP knowledge and/or be ServSafe certified, experience with inventory management, food ordering, ability to control food and labor costs, strong leadership skills, excellent client and customer interaction skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
