We are growing! Sodexo has two openings at this location for an Environmental Services Operations Manager, one for Day Shift and one overseeing Second Shift at Alamance Regional Medical Center. The roles could also oversee a rotating weekend or holiday as business needs arise. This facility is a private, not-for-profit 238 bed hospital in Burlington, NC that will oversee a team of 55. Alamance Regional provides healthcare to residents of Alamance County, North Carolina and surrounding areas. Both roles will be responsible for employee engagement and development of a service culture, as we begin to manage the EVS department at this hospital.
Prior Environmental Services/housekeeping experience is required, must be results driven, understand employee engagement, and be committed to a winning culture. The successful candidate will have experience with EPIC, bed tracking, patient satisfaction, and possess strong computer skills. Preferred candidates will have experience in Environmental Services, Hotels housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, military service, and excellent customer service skills. Sodexo is seeking a true self-starter who can lead a team under minimal supervision.
