Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 at BSA Health, a 450 licensed-bed hospital located in Amarillo, TX.
As the Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the patient dining program prioritizing patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will ensure food quality, daily patient meal rounds, and demonstrate professional communication skills with a passion for creating a positive customer experience. Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
