Come join Sodexo at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak as the Food Operations Manager 3 located in San Antonio, TX. Located in the Alamo city, Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is a 242-Bed hospital with a 42- Bed Acute Care Rehabilitation facility. 

 

The Food Operations Manager will oversee the "At Your Request" patient dining program, retail cafe, catering and doctor's dining. The ideal candidate will drive strategies to enhance the patient dining experience and ensure client satisfaction while managing a team of frontline associates

  • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; 
  • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
