Human Resources Manager 2

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager 2 to support the Lovelace Health System located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This individual will utilize their HR knowledge to handle complex issues and administration for the account. Main responsibilities will be to support the employee life cycle; including training, employee relations, recruiting support, and educating managers on Sodexo's policies and procedures. This position will support multiple locations and must be willing to travel.

The successful candidate will:

• support Human Resources functions for front-line staff 
• manage the application/resume file;
• recruit with a focus on front-line recruiting;
• manage payroll set-up and problem resolutions;
• present HR related training for unit managers;
• communicate effectively and build relationships with multiple levels of the organization; including clients, executives, managers and front-line staff;
• demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation skills; and/or
• have a solid understanding of HR functions and all policies and procedures.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
