The Good Eating Company is seeking a Cafe Manager to support a multi-faceted operation in Pryor Creek, Oklahoma. The Café Operations Manager will have front of the house operating responsibilities including the supervision of the team with a focus on excellent customer experience.

The Café Operations Manager supports all facets of daily hospitality services. the best qualified candidate will have excellent mentoring experience and a focus on new ideas to enhance the food service operations while staying focused on quality and standards. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations for all food retail areas
• Deliver high quality food service while engaging with customers
• Be a hands-on leader AND team player
• Provide excellent customer service – leading a team while maintaining a clean, safe environment;
• Lead frontline teams, mentoring them in  retail food service operations, open and closing processes

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
