Unit Description

Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Client Executive 2 (Multi-Client) to support Colorado, Kansas, and WyomingThe Client Executive will provide synergy across 15 hospitals and multiple clients to drive Food & Nutrition, Environmental Services (EVS), and more. The Client Executive will act as an Regional Director managing up to 20 strategic leaders (General Managers and Human Resources Managers) and will provide high-level communication and engagement with hospital clients. 

 

The successful candidate will:

  • direct all activities including financial performance, client retention, and policy compliance
  • achieve, deliver and maintain company and client financial targets and goals 
  • manage, develop, mentor and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • provide high-level strategic thinking to drive business

 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • seasoned experience as a general manager (GM) or director for a large and/or multi-unit and facility in healthcare, hospitals, and/or contract services
  • demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to foster culture, retain employees, and develop large teams and subordinate managers 
  • strong financial acumen and technical skills 
  • proven ability to work through barriers like staffing issues and client requests 
  • multi-service experience is preferred (Food & Nutrition, Environmental Services, Laundry Transport, etc.)
