Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 of Foodservice for Atrium Health - Kings Mountain located in Kings Mountain, NC (25 miles west of Charlotte). Atrium Health Kings Mountain is a 67-bed hospital with a broad range of services, from24/7 emergency services and heart care to behavioral health and rehabilitation

The General Manager will be responsible for department financials and daily operations in addition to on-site patient services, retail café, and catering.  This position will support a team of frontline associates.

The ideal candidate:

• has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
• can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
