Manager 1, Regional Operations Support (Patient Services )

Sodexo is hiring for a Manager 1, Regional Operations Support (Patient Services) for Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill, MA.  In this role you would be overseeing the patient tray line / host area.

This is a resource position, providing temporary operation support for up to 18 months. You may apply to permanent postings while in this role.  This position comes with benefits. Will require some weekend and holidays coverage as needed. Must be able to fluctuate between opening & closing shifts.

The successful candidate will:

• work with hourly associates to to exceed patient satisfaction and to maintain a strong patient experience
• conduct daily huddles with staff
• data entry of daily floor stock and meal counts
• perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation and tray accuracy

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree in related field or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years 

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services, CTM, or Clinical Nutrition;
