Sodexo is hiring for a General Manager II – Multi Service for Beth Israel Lahey Health, located in Peabody, MA.  The GM Multi-Service at this location will lead a team of approximately 6 managers and approximately 75 hourly employees.  Oversight for this role includes multiple Sodexo service lines, including patient food service, retail food service, patient transport, environmental services and facilities management.  Under the directional of hospital senior leadership, the GM Multi-Service is responsible for multiple support services throughout the hospital.

• have operations and maintenance management experience ideally in an health care environment
• have a strong background in health care support services
• understand and have experience with OSHA and Safety requirements
• are an expert in building and maintaining strong customer / client relationships including C-suite level

• have strong financial acumen and budget management experience
