Sodexo’s growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is seeking a Project Coordinator - HTM for the University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland, OH. We are looking for solution-oriented candidates who excel at database management with a biomedical equipment background. The perfect candidate will focus on operational excellence but will not perform any repairs. 

 

The main role/responsibilities of the position will be to provide administrative support and project coordination of medical equipment technology inventory, installation, service delivery planning and equipment replacement planning. This role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, device category selection and auditing, and life-cycle maintenance information is accurate within Sodexo's CMMS.

 

This position will monitor active equipment projects in collaboration with HTM and client leadership. The right candidate will require strong understanding of medical equipment technology, clinical application, and general hospital operations.

 

The ideal Biomedical Equipment Technician (Project Support) will have: 

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of exposure to biomedical devices 
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of and experience in CMMS programs 
  • Desire to be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple demands and produce outcomes
  • Experience with data integrity  
  • Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
