Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for Marquette University located in Milwaukee, WI. Marquette University is a Catholic, Jesuit university located near the heart of downtown Milwaukee, WI. It offers a comprehensive range of majors in 11 nationally and internationally recognized colleges and schools.
Sodexo at Marquette Dining Services is looking for a innovative, organized and passionate culinary leader to fill the role of Executive Chef - Catering Events and Concessions at Marquette University. This position oversees all culinary operations in partnership with the Director of Catering and Catering Team. Many duties include custom menu planning, food and physical safety, inventory, ordering, scheduling, performance planning, and daily operating and implementing of expectation in shared spaces.
The Executive Chef will also conduct tastings, meetings, plan showcase events and strategically plan goals for the departments. A well suited candidate will show pride and ownership for all aspects events in this 2.5M department.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
