Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for the beautiful campus at the University of Arkansas Little Rock (UALR), in Little Rock, AR. This role will primarily oversee resident dining and catering, as well as support overall culinary operations on campus. This position will also uphold brand standards for our retail concepts on campus. This executive chef will be responsible for menu development, purchasing, inventory control, hiring, training & development and motivation of approximately 30 resident dining employees, food presentation standards, and record keeping.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
