Sodexo is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Specialist for a corporate food services portfolio in Massachusetts and Connecticut. We're seeking a dynamic individual to plan marketing strategies, enhance customer experiences, and drive sales through innovative campaigns. The candidate will need to be in Massachusetts or Connecticut with limited travel that will include overnight travel as needed.
The Field Marketing Specialist will improve the customer experience and drive sales through a well-thought-out marketing strategy. They will draft communications to clients and guests for program knowledge and oversee event coordination. The position will report directly to the Sr Marketing Specialist regarding all aspects of marketing across the portfolio. The Field Marketing Specialist will be working with the Sr Marketing Specialist, District, Resource, Operations and Catering Managers, along with the Executive Chefs and General Managers to increase engagement and participation in the programs offered.
This position offers a predominantly Monday through Friday schedule with some weekend flexibility.
