Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 1 to support our nutrition and environmental services business for the SSM Health System.  This Manager will aid in the recruitment and onboarding of frontline employees for 7 locations including Monroe, Janesville, Madison, Baraboo, Waupun, Fond du Lac, and Ripon.  

The successful candidate must be willing to travel!

The successful candidate will:

• support, engage, and help retain staff
• lead managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks such as recruiting, scheduling health screenings, set up and organize new employee orientation, and other onboarding tasks
• participate in onsite hiring events promoting job opportunities
• work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
• demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization

We are looking for candidates who:

• have experience in administrative and HR support 
• possess a high-level organization and attention to detail 
• are able to manage multiple priorities
• are savvy with technology, having experience using social media and Microsoft Office
