Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Hoboken University Medical Center located in Hoboken, New Jersey. Hoboken University Hospital is a 250 bed Acute care hospital that seeks to provide quality care for the community that it serves. Seeking well rounded manager to drive Sodexo Retail Programs, EFY, safety and support culinary program.
We have partnered with the hospital to provide Food, EVS, Linen and Transport services in the unit. Our Food Operations Manager 3 will work various shifts during the week/weekend to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service to the patients, staff and visitors of this great hospital.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
