Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 3 at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, a 750-bed hospital renowned for its research located in Dallas, TX.
The Food Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail operations, managing food costs/budgets, conducting new employee trainings, and driving employee engagement while maintaining the highest level of patient and guest satisfaction. Prior retail management experience managing a high-volume is preferred.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
