Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager at St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT. This strategic leader will direct and manage the patient feeding operations at this 286-bed acute care hospital. The Patient Service Manager will lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff and supervisors and will work closely with nurses and patients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.  


The successful candidate will: 

  • lead the daily operations of patient room service dining program
  • manage, schedule and train frontline team and supervisors
  • coordinate department safety and sanitation
  • engage with employees and promote an inclusive culture 
  • rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction


We are looking for candidates who have:

  • management experience in the food service or healthcare industry 
  • a background as a Registered Dietitian (RD), Dietetic Technician, and/or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is preferred but not required 
  • natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
