Sodexo Campus Dining is seeking an innovative self starter to become  Food Service General Manager 3 to oversee our daily Dining operations at Creighton University. In this role you will oversee, plan, coordinate, and aid in the execution of service logistics for two Residence Dining Halls, Retail Operations which includes working with national brands, High End Catering, Micro Markets and Concessions at Morrison Stadium, the DJ Sokol arena, and the Jesuit Community housing.  This role requires a strategic leader with a service-oriented mindset stemming from a passion for hospitality.

$2,500 Sign On Bonus is available for this exciting opportunity!

Our ideal candidate will be a strong, strategic leader with proven communication and client relations skills as well as have a passion for innovation and growth.  The General Manager will have financial responsibility for the Campus Dining operations where Sodexo provides Resident Dining, multiple food retail venues, and robust Catering both on and off campus – from high end VIP dinners to weddings, conferences as well as campus meetings and functions. 


This Hands-On Dining General Manager will have a demonstrated history managing successful client relationships and will be responsible for directly supervising both Front and Back of the House employees,  Influencing a team to continuously deliver for our customers, and have a strong focus on student experience.  


  Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: 


  • Bring 3 - 5 years of experience in a high-volume dining environment – university, hospital, large corporate or restaurant dining, contract management experience a plus!
  • Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively
  • Have proven financial acumen, managing a large annual budget, forecasting etc and familiar with software applications to record unit figures and analyze to ensure meeting projections
  • Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills and passion for a high level of customer service
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems (Sodexo FMS & DRIVE, TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience
