Join the Sodexo Live! team and be part of our exciting new Learning Academy!  This Academy will be the 1st of its kind and will be dedicated in providing critical training and education to our internal operations and leadership teams.  Our Sodexo Live! Airport Lounge teams strive to provide best-in-class service to our clients and guests.

 

Here's what we’re looking for.

 

The Senior Manager Training Center Operations is a senior-level leader responsible for overseeing the Academy's daily operations and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.  This role combines corporate training, hospitality, administrative and operational expertise to create a dynamic, warm and welcoming learning environment.  The Academy location is in East Point, GA and the Senior Manager will work onsite.

 

This Senior Manager will be the face of the Learning Academy and will work with our teams to provide the following:

 

  • Assist with the development and lead the execution of corporate training programs
  • Ensure a superior, hospitable learning environment that is warm and welcoming for everyone who visits
  • Manages daily operations by ensuring smooth logistics and facilitation of all sessions
  • Maintains efficient administrative functioning of the Academy (training calendars, technical issues, training materials, experience surveys, overall appearance of the Academy space, etc.)
  • Will deliver proficient content facilitation
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop content
  • Lead facilitation team
  • Vendor, inventory and expense management; proficient in PNL.

 

Is this you?

 

  • You have proven experience in corporate training/learning & development/hospitality at a senior level
  • You enjoy setting the stage and fostering an engaging learning environment
  • You know the Train-the-Trainer model and have experience with training coordination, event management and customer service
  • You have proficiency in content development and facilitation.
  • You are a SME, trendsetter and are motivated by meeting and leading corporate and global initiatives
  • You possess excellent communication skills to liaise with the Talent & Guest Experience Team, participants and other stakeholders
  • You have a passion for learning excellence in order to build productive and successful teams
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years in facilitation, learning program management, or a related field
