Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 3 for Christ Hospital, located in Cincinnati, OH. The Christ Hospital is a not-for-profit acute care facility, offering services in cardiovascular care, orthopedic and spine treatment, women’s health, major surgery, cancer, behavioral medicine, emergency medicine, labor & delivery, kidney transplant and others at our main campus, located in historic Mt. Auburn, just north of Downtown Cincinnati.
Seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills and flexibility, a great deal of creativity with food options, food service trends and programming. The successful candidate will manage frontline associates and will motivate, mentor, and develop staff to provide consistent quality. Will oversee financial responsibilities and cost controls, purchasing, cash handing processes, POS management, safety programs and standards, residential brand standard and manage the success of the overall compliance.
We are looking for candidates who have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, exhibit flexibility and manage multiple priorities.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
