Food Service Manager 2

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to support our dining services at Lourdes Noreen Mckeen in West Palm Beach, FL.  This luxury, waterfront senior living community offers a full-service setting that gives residents a comfortable and quality lifestyle with both independent or assisted living accommodations. In this hands-on role, you'll use your innovation, creativity and skill to lead both front and back of house operations, for all dining experiences.   We are seeking a high-energy leader with previous  management experience in either a senior living, upscale restaurant or hotel setting. Typical schedule will be 10:00am - 7:00pm, with a weekend rotation every 3rd week.

• food production, catering and retail management experience;
• hands on skills with inventory management and ordering; 
• strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop employees;
• working knowledge of HACCP protocols for regulatory compliance;
• the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent     

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
