Sodexo is seeking a well rounded operations enthusiast to join the team as a Food Operations Manager 1 at ECU Health Duplin Hospital in Kenansville, NC. This is an 81 bed acute care facility that supports patient services, catering, and our retail café.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 20 and all aspects of the food service operation. Strong preference for applicants who have solid organizational skills, client and patient engagement proficiency, and customer service. Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
