Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager for Lewis University located in Romeoville, IL. Located 35 miles southwest of downtown Chicago, Lewis University is a comprehensive, Catholic university where the traditions of liberal learning and preparation for professional life give the university its educational identity and mission focus.
We oversee dining services including resident dining, retail and robust catering & conference business. Lewis University has a total enrollment of 6,000 students with Resident enrollment of approx 1000 students and a large commuter population.
Reporting to the General Manager, this qualified candidate will be oversee the retail, catering and concessions!

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
