Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian - Food Operations Manager 3 for the Sharp HealthCare system located in San Diego, CA. This leader will liaise with the food service director and clinical nutrition team,  helping direct decisions as related to food service operations and consistent adherence to regulatory compliance (e.g. TJC, CMS, Title 22).

 

The successful candidate will:

  • be a Registered Dietitian
  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations; 
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
  • have daily interaction with patients, their families and clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction;
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
