Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support & Operations Representative for a prestigious role within a high-profile corporate client environment in Rahway, NJ. This position is all about delivering exceptional, white-glove service across various locations on our client’s campus. If you're a personable and proactive individual who thrives in face-to-face interactions, email, and phone communications, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and hospitable experience for employees, contractors, and visitors while serving as a key point of contact on the client campus.
  • Offer knowledgeable assistance about the site and local area, including directions to locations and parking areas.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of campus events, ensuring seamless support and coordination.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication through Salesforce, and manage signage and other communications around the building.
  • Collaborate closely with the Community Manager Team and support colleagues during peak times, fostering a cooperative team environment.

  • Confident and engaging, with a natural ability to build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards across all tasks and interactions.
  • Comfortable with technology and adept at using computers and various software to support your role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks with a positive attitude.
  • A desire for continuous learning and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Please Note the target salary for this position is $55,000 annually
