Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for its food service operations at Greenwood House, an assisted living and skilled care facility located in Ewing, New Jersey. This Executive Chef will be hands on and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen serving approximately 135 residents daily. Will report to the General Manager and manage an hourly staff of approximately 25 employees. The typical shift will be 5:00am - 2:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm may vary with some weekend coverage. Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
