Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Sous Chef for its dining operations at Wesbury, a 210 resident skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, located in Meadville, Pennsylvania. This is an ideal position to grow your culinary career. The food service operations includes a small cafe, 3 dining rooms with tray line operations.  This Sous Chef will be hands on and will cook as needed.  Will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approximately 15 kitchen staff.  Typical shift will be 10:00am - 6:30pm (Sunday - Thursday).

• Deliver high quality food service
• Coordinate department hourly employee  HACCP Training
• Participate in special functions
• Attends resident council meetings
• Quality assurance and monthly audits as assigned
