Sodexo Campus Dining is seeking an innovative self starter to become Campus Dining General Manager (Food Service General Manager 3) to oversee our daily Dining operations at Creighton University. In this role you will oversee, plan, coordinate, and aid in the execution of service logistics for two Residence Dining Halls, Retail Operations which includes working with national brands, High End Catering, Micro Markets, Concessions, and the Jesuit Community housing.

This strategic leader will have a service-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation and growth. The General Manager will have financial responsibility for the Campus Dining operations where Sodexo provides Resident Dining, multiple food retail venues, and robust Catering both on and off campus – from high end VIP dinners to weddings, conferences as well as campus meetings and functions.
This Hands-On Dining General Manager will have a demonstrated history managing successful client relationships and will be responsible for directly supervising both Front and Back of the House employees, Influencing a team to continuously deliver for our customers, and have a strong focus on student experience.
