Sodexo is seeking an experienced Chef Manager/Production for the Grand Commons Dining Hall at the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. DU is a Showcase account and a Center of Excellence for our Campus Dining Segment. Our successful candidate will manage high volume food production through ensuring safety, quality and high volume meal production to ensure food quality, consistency and overall safety. The Chef Manager will be responsible for inventory management and procurement of food and supplies, and manage food production through the Commisary Kitchen staff in a large facility. The Chef Manager oversight will contribute to account revenue through cost containment and safety.
