Located in the beautiful Hudson Valley region, this campus provides active Seniors a variety of programs and amenities, as well as a full continuum of on-site healthcare services.
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Chef to lead our culinary team. The Executive Chef manages the food production for resident dining with the focus on resident well-being. Responsibilities include supervision and training of the back of house staff, inventory management and purchasing, food quality and standards, food & kitchen safety and sanitation monitors for regulatory compliance.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
