Sodexo Energy & Resources is seeking to bring on a Vice President Construction Services for a complex facilities management account for an oil & gas business partner to provide strategic leadership and oversight for one of Sodexo’s largest construction management accounts in the energy market. This account is a strategic partnership with one of the world’s largest and most prestigious oil companies. This is an entrepreneurial and highly empowered role.
The Vice President Construction Services will strategically set direction and drive the service level and future business success. The position is based in Houston, Texas and will lead a large and diverse national portfolio.
This position will design and create solutions for our business partner's long-term capital plans and will ensure the construction project management team performs to extremely high standards. Additionally, serves as the senior subject matter expert in construction and project management for this global account and may be called upon to serve in additional capacities by executive leadership within Sodexo and the business partner's organization.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of experience in construction or related field
