Sodexo is seeking a high profile and dynamic career opportunity for a Human Resources Manager 3 for Penn Presbyterian Medical Center located in Philadelphia, PA. The Human Resources Manager will provide on-site support to Sodexo managers and approximately 200 hourly union employees on all hospital/Sodexo policies and procedures, HR initiatives and training. This position will have a heavy focus on hourly staff recruitment, on-boarding new employees, training, and labor relations.
