Our successful leader will demonstrate strong financial acumen while managing a large and complex contract, have the ability to lead a large management team, and have experience developing great relationships with Student Life Teams for our faith-based campus. Bring your strong relationship building expertise to our client and partner to provide high-profile, sustainable food and catering service.
This role will manage 4 resident dining halls, 1 retail food court, 5 coffee shops, 3 restaurants, and high-volume catering while leading and providing professional development for 18 Managers and Chefs with support from an in-unit controller. This position reports to the Senior Vice President and will facilitate on-going portfolio communication on budget, standards and business objectives.
