Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 1 to join our food service team for new business at White Horse Village in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This premier continuing care retirement community is located in the countryside of southeastern Pennsylvania and provides residents a new standard in retirement living with abundant amenities, exceptional wellness programs, delicious food, and excellent facilities. We are seeking a talented individual who has strong hospitality, front of house skills with experience in training and mentoring front of house staff. A background in country club / fine dining environment is desired.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
