Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 1 to join our food service team for new business at White Horse Village in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This premier continuing care retirement community is located in the countryside of southeastern Pennsylvania and provides residents a new standard in retirement living with abundant amenities, exceptional wellness programs, delicious food, and excellent facilities. We are seeking a talented individual who has strong customer service skills and will be hands-on with training and mentoring staff. This Food Operations Manager will oversee the dining operations for our skilled care and personal care residents. Prior food service experience in a senior living / healthcare environment is needed. Must have knowledge of safety and sanitation, Dept. of Health regulations.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
