Sodexo is seeking an Multi-Service Operations Manager 1 for RWJBH-NBI-  Children of New Jersey, located in Newark New Jersey. This is over a 600-bed acute care facility. In this role you will be responsible for the  Certified Nursing Assistances, which are client paid staff. This is a 3rd shift position, with some weekends and holiday. This position will directly to a General Manager on-site.

This experienced individual with have the opportunity to work in the Healthcare system's flagship account along with a seasoned team in a long-term Sodexo Account.
 
We are looking for candidates who can:
  • Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
  • Interact with patients and the staff
  • Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
  • Maintain safety documentation and training for unit
The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies
  • Strong management skills, preferably in health care
  • Strong team building and employee engagement skills
  • Strong hospitality focus - be engaged and interactive with all our customers and employees

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in functional areas such as call center technology, computer applications, process improvement, or related areas
